Air conditioned restaurant and consider cheap. Rm240++ for 13 of us. Plus the ginger chicken is SUPER delicious! Not a fan of ginger but it was blended into a sauce, very nice and healthy.

Tasty Prawn Fried Rice and Warm Hospitality – A Bentong Favorite I ate at Restoran Shuangxi Lou Sdn Bhd three days in a row, and each time I ordered the prawn fried rice. It was consistently delicious—simple, flavorful, and satisfying. Since the menu was in Chinese, I stuck with what I knew, and I’m glad I did. What truly made the experience memorable was the owner. She’s a genuinely kind and welcoming woman who made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest. Her warmth added a personal touch that made me want to return. If I’m ever back in Bentong, this restaurant will be one of my first stops. Highly recommended for anyone who values good food and heartfelt service.

Family restaurant that serves good old Malaysian Chinese food. We ordered a steamed Wan fish and brought our own chickens to their kitchen to cook. They made it in two different styles - ginger sauce and fried garlic. Both were great and so flavourful. They have an upper level where it is air-conditioned. Don't expect great service as the servers usually serve the familiar locals.

Both the dish for ginger with chicken and ginger with fish is good. The fish is fresh. The signature tofu pok and pork belly with salted fish is okay. The price is reasonable as well.
